Speaking of Military Dictators

An article from the Miami Herald speaks about Noriega and how he seems unable to get himself returned to Panama for trial. The US just won’t let him go even though his prison term has been over for two years.

Is it because he was a US installed military dictator? Is it because he was a CIA asset and they’re afraid his trial will expose his “handlers”? Is it because he may say who his contacts for the money laundering were in the Drug Lord arena?

His charges in Panama include murder and everyone is more worried about money laundering charges in France?

Questions, questions.
